Chalice Marian Prayer
Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of our Church, pray for us in this hour of need, through Christ our Lord,
Amen.
Daily Offering
Holy Mary, Mother of our Church, today we entrust and consecrate the Chalice family and our mission to you.
We humbly request your intercession so that we may continue to work for those who ask for the opportunity to thrive and live with dignity.
May we remain dedicated and faithful in our mission to the children, elders, families, communities and the church in which we are privileged to serve.
Most of all, through your intercession, help us always to keep the greatest commandment of your beloved Jesus, to ‘love one another as I have loved you’.
Missioning Prayer
Today Oh Lord,
Keep me from all pettiness; to be large in thought, in word and in deed, to be done with fault-finding and self-seeking, to put away all pretense and meet others face-to-face, without self-pity and without prejudice.
Today Oh Lord, let me not be hasty in judgment and always be generous, to take time in all things, to be calm, serene, and gentle.
To put into action my better impulses, to be straight-forward and unafraid.
Grant that I may realize that it is the little things that create differences, that in the big things of life we are one.
And, Oh Lord God, let me not forget to be kind.
